image left At Earth&Sky Confections, we specialize in exquisite handmade and hand-decorated, artisan chocolates. Privately owned and passionately run, we take a no-compromise approach in the crafting of our confections.

We use only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients, sourcing from local producers, when available. Whole fruit purees, organic butter and cream, fresh organic herbs, freshly ground spices and the finest chocolate are what comprise our chocolates.

Here at Earth&Sky, we use time-tested European techniques combined with modern artistry and flavor profiles to create luscious candies that speak to the soul of chocolate lovers everywhere. Our simple, but elegant, flavors showcase the bounty of the seasons. Pure and unadulterated, we allow the true flavors of our ingredients to shine through. Often these seasonal ingredients can only be found for short periods of time and, as such, our flavors are constantly changing and evolving.

Shipping Policy:

October – May

All shipments will be sent Mon-Wed via USPS Priority Mail or similar service. Arrival time will be 1-3 business days depending on the destination. All orders received after 3:30 PM EST on Wednesday will be sent the following Monday unless special arrangements are made.

June – September

We do not ship during this time of year unless special arrangements are made. Please call us at 423-788-0202 to order, or for information on shipping during these months.

We cannot be responsible for packages left in mailboxes or on doorsteps. Please have someone available at the delivery address to collect the package at the time of delivery. If special arrangements need to be made, please call us at 423-788-0202.
